This is Ava’s solution to help with heavily soiled patios and decking by making the job as easy as possible and helping to prevent re-soiling so quickly. The product can be used on all patio surfaces as well as wooden and composite decking. By using the Patio and Decking Cleaner you will also avoid the need to use more abrasive nozzles that can accelerate wear on certain surfaces. The product is designed to be used in conjunction with a foam cannon. There is no need to dilute this chemical when using a foam cannon. We recommend the Ava Premium Foam Cannon. The added bonus of using the AVA Patio and Decking Cleaner is that it will break down the algae spore that builds up on the surface. This will help prevent your patio from turning green for longer.
