In early 2023, we became aware of a manufacturing issue affecting some of our P80 machines. This issue resulted in machines blowing fuses. In our commitment to delivering the highest quality products, we took proactive measures and temporarily removed all P80 models from sale in the UK.

First and foremost, we extend our sincerest apologies to customers who experienced inconvenience due to this issue. Since then, our team has been diligently working to find a solution. We are pleased to announce that we have made significant improvements to the parts responsible for the issue. These improvements have undergone thorough testing in real-world conditions.

We are thrilled to inform you that the P80 machines are now back in stock and available for purchase. We are confident that these enhancements ensure a reliable and enjoyable experience for our customers.
