Do you have issues with the sand washing kit?
Reasons why it won't suck up blasting media:
- Wet/moist blasting media (If using dry blasting media)
- Moisture in the hose (When using dry blasting media): clean and dry
- The grain size is too large: Max 1 mm
- Blocked sand spear: blow clean/prod out.
Test the suction capacity during use by holding a finger over the hole that takes up blasting media.
Check for blockages in the suction hose. If water has entered, the hose must be cleaned and dried.
Unscrew the front cover, inspect nozzles and wear surfaces for damage and wear. Clean and remount the front cover.
